Kaneland may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information: your name, address, gender, e-mail address, information pertaining to public groups you choose to affiliate with, lifestyle preferences, food preferences, purchasing history, gifting history, location (if you choose location services necessary for gifting), information relating to Nack usage and any existing social network information gathered through Nack’s connection to social networks.
Kaneland does not knowingly collect or use personal information about users under the age of 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nack.

Kaneland works to comply with its legal obligations to safeguard your privacy and has developed a data retention policy and procedure which is designed to insure that it complies with its legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal information.
